SGC PLC is established by Mr. Monenus Hundara Galata and Miss Edoshe Mamo Eseta as a Private Limited Company under the Ethiopian Business Law outlined in 510-534 in Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinnee at Lega Tafo Lega Dadi Municipal Administration with trade registration of ORO/BM/LXLD/2/0006625/2012, business license of ORO/BM/LXLD/04/566644/2889742/2012 and TIN 0067988096 to mitigate the emerging gaps between business companies and key stakeholders (federal, regional and local governments; local people and related agencies).

The general objectives of SGC PLC are providing consultancy services in the areas of:

• Social Affairs (ESIC 86113)
• Economic Development, Business, and Investment Affairs (ESIC 86114).

Specifically, SGC PLC provides consultancy services for local, national, and international business companies in the following areas, but not limited to:

• Multi-stakeholder Engagement

Currently, SANYII GADAA CONSULTANCY PLC is a Project Contractor on Stakeholder Engagement and Management Project of Tulu Kapi Gold Mine S.C in in West Wollega Zone. Under the project, there are around 18 local staffs working on full-time basis to make the project happen and contribute their part in the TKGM project realization.
